HP LATEX 630 SERIES: WORLDWIDE PREMIERE DURING C!PRINT MADRID

The new Latex printer series was unveiled simultaneously on the HP stand and on the stands of its resellers

With great expectation, HP showed the new equipment that, among many other advantages, makes white ink technology available to print service providers (PSPs) of any size. The company unveiled its new HP Latex portfolio with generation four inks, along with the HP PrintOS Design & eCommerce solution, which simplifies operations and helps printers boost their online business.

The white ink enables users to produce a more eye-catching variety of signage and décor work by providing high image quality and colour, creating truly eye-catching campaigns for end customers.

HP also continues to focus on sustainability and the environment with its new technologies, as well as the full range of applications that enhance the user experience. The new HP Latex 630 series, like the rest of HP’s Latex portfolio, enables businesses to offer more sustainable printing services – with water-based latex inks that release virtually negligible odours or chemicals. It also brings UL ECOLOGO and EPEAT environmental certifications; and using carton ink cartridges that reduce plastic through the use of 100% recycled and recyclable cartons, as well as plastics and plastics.

“We are delighted that Spain was the chosen location for the global launch of the new HP Latex 630. This new printer includes our core latex features, such as white ink, in a more compact and affordable form factor, enabling even the smallest printers to easily incorporate high-impact signage and decoration applications, increasing margins,

said Fernando Núñez, Business Director, Large Format Printing, HP Iberia.

“Beyond hardware, we have continued to innovate in terms of services and solutions, with new cloud-based HP Print OS capabilities that give users the ability to process and monitor jobs from virtually anywhere in a very short time.

Generate new business online and simplify operations

As part of its goal to help print service providers improve productivity and grow their business, HP also announced HP PrintOS Design & eCommerce, an intuitive, time-saving, web-based print solution. It also incorporates simplified print application design capabilities, more efficient production paths and step-by-step guidance on how print service providers can integrate it into their existing eCommerce shop.

“We spent a lot of time listening to print providers about what they need to grow, and a key area was to evolve their e-commerce capabilities and better connect the front and back ends of their business,” added Fernando Nunez. “HP Print OS Design & eCommerce is our answer, able to offer print service providers a quick and easy way to enhance their online shop, as well as new ways to process orders and automate jobs”
