EPSON’S NEW SURECOLOR P5300: DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONALS, CREATIVES, AGENCIES AND PHOTO SHOPS
THE NEW LAUNCH FOR PHOTO AND ART APPLICATIONS IMPROVES USABILITY, QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY
Epson Ibérica, exhibitor at C!Print Madrid, announces a new 17-inch photo and art production printer designed to meet the needs of photo professionals looking to increase productivity without sacrificing quality. Combining the advanced technology of the SureColor P700 and P900 models with the renowned flexibility of use and productivity of the Epson SC-P5000, the new SureColor P5300 further consolidates Epson’s leadership in the 17-inch professional photo and fine art printing sector.
The new SC-P5300 is aimed at photo professionals, fine art creatives, design agencies and photo shops, offering exceptional image quality thanks to the consistency and precision of Epson’s Micro Piezo print head technology, along with an optimised colour gamut and UltraChrome Pro10 inks with violet included as standard. The printer also includes a black enhanced overcoat (BEO) and carbon black mode to increase black density, as well as improving contrast and tonality, while softening bronze tones in dark areas with glossy paper.
The SC-P5300 also offers a clear improvement in usability thanks to a wide range of advanced features. The printer offers four loading modes for different paper types: a production paper tray, an integrated roll unit, an automatic cutting system and a dedicated MK/PK channel for use with various paper surfaces to save time and ink. The SC-P5300 features Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing unrestricted installation and direct printing via Wi-Fi, while set-up and operation is managed via an intuitive 4.3-inch colour LCD touchscreen, which has already been successfully featured on the SC-P7500/P9500 models. It is also compatible with Epson Cloud Solution PORT (ECSP), as well as Epson’s latest software applications, for improved printer fleet management, productivity and control.
